Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We offer various shipping options depending on the item and destination. Shipping is calculated at checkout and based on items in your cart and the destination. We aim to despatch orders as soon as possible within 2 working days of payment being received.
UK Shipping
Some items are too large, heavy or fragile to ship via a standard methods. We can arrange collection at a mutually suitable time or work with your chosen couriers.
Our standard UK shipping options are listed below but may vary from time to time.

International Shipping
Some items can be shipped internationally subject to various rules and restrictions and my be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you are receiving the items and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. Please do not request us to falsify information for customs or any other purposes.
International shipping times are on average around 5 days, but can be more or less.
Returns
We of course hope that you are happy with your purchase. On the rare occation that you are not you may return an item to us within 14 days for a refund providing the return meets the following conditions.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased and complete.
- Items must be packed appropriatley so they don't sustain damage in transit.
- Please contact us before returning. We will need to supply you with a reference number.
If items are not returned in the same complete condition as purchased we reserve the right to withhold some or all of the refund.
Please note you will be responsible for all shipping charges, please ensure appropriate tracking and or insurance.
