A dark bakelite box measuring ~11.6cm x ~6.8 cm x ~3.2 cm, and opens to reveal a razor.
The razor is made from chromed metal and measures ~10.5 cm long.

One end unscrews to release the blade clamp.
It takes a spool of band razor that can be wound on when blunt.
The box is in great condition, with no chips or cracks - might benefit from a clean and a polish.
The razor is also in good condition for its age, no corrosion and no real wear. There does seems to be some deep scratches on the knurled handle.
