Grerk the Giant Gorilla
The 200 ft. giant gorilla comes from the Amazon, but has been seen
as far afield as the nearest field.
There was once a film made about a giant gorilla called *King Kong'
and they made him seem very fierce. But I knew the gorilla who played
that part and he was a very pleasant gorilla.
Giant gorillas are very gentle. In fact, Amazon chiefs keep them as
pets and take them out for walkies at 6.00 in the evening.
Of course, you do occasionally meet a nasty giant gorilla. I knew one
called Grerk who was very bad-tempered. He used to crush Amazon
villages and frighten everybody. But eventually he came to a
bad end. Just like this story, in fact.
