A piece of crested china in the form of a scallop shell to hold hat pins.
On the front in the is a crest that reads :-

Margate
To the base is a stamp that reads
WILLOW
ART
CHINA
LONGTON
The stamp is partial, but dates the piece to the 1907 - 1925 period.
Its in ok condition for its age, the gilding has worn.
