Countdown to London Olympics 2012, UK 2010, £5 Uncirculated Commemorative Coin

On 27 July 2012 London will proudly unveil the Games of the XXX Olympiad to the world - the first time the city has hosted the Olympic Games for over 60 years. To celebrate this momentous event in sporting history, the Royal Mint is striking a limited- edition series of four £5 coins to be released in turn during the countdown years.

This coin is the second in the 'Countdown' series. It is dated 2010, and for the reverse the artist has chosen to depict the sport of Athletics with the figure '2' overlaid to denote the second year of the countdown.

In great condition with some scuffs to the card.
